I added this when I was making the deal to buy my current car. I absolutely love this safety feature. It helped me track my car when someone stole it & took it for a joyride. I've recommended it to friends for their kids cars. Would absolutely add it again to any other car purchase I make.

Update: Pablo from My Guide point called and walked me through their privacy policy and stance, he assured me they would not sell any of my data. He also explained that the incorrect milage was due to a miles vs kilometers issue in the firmware and that it was fixed. I confirmed it is. The service was good and appreciated. I still don't know why I have 2 completely separate GPS and tracking apps and hardware on my Vehicle. But Guide point appears to be on top of customer service, Thanks, Pablo !

I was going to complain about the geo-fence feature since I could not figure it out, but then I realized they are using the same icon for both “Valet” and “Geo-fence” which confused me. Customer support explained that these are both “geo-fences,” but that Valet is used for a specific purpose, so they made it separate. Works great-so back to 5-stars!"

App Closes. It does everything it supposed to do. But when I go to add a geo-fence, it closes. That was a selling point for this device.

Accurate tracking of the vehicle is sporadic, at best. Will show that my car is at work when I'm sitting at home 20 miles away. Great service when it works properly.
