Hydro One's Mobile app provides Hydro One customers with detailed information on power outages and restoration times throughout our service area in Ontario, Canada.
The outage map is updated every 10 minutes with information on number of customers affected, estimated restoration times, outage causes and crew status to keep you informed.

Excellent. Regardless of other reviews, just downloaded app, logged in and could access all features effortlessly. Getting outage alerts, account information, usage information etc. Does require log in and verification, which was not an issue. Sofar, I rate this app as very useful, informative and accurate. Will update in a few months after experiencing a service request and statistical data on usage information and a few billing cycles.

Can't report power outage here been out since 7pm 29th March. I've lost power plus food gone bad both fridge and freezer not mention no heat. Listening is to rain and sound of trees breaking

The app is fine for viewing the outage map, but when I try to log in to My Account, the app has a meltdown. The screen keeps flashing bright then dark while showing the Loading... sign.

If I could give a lower rating, I would. You would think a big corporation like Hydro One can hire someone competent to create an App that works. If I cannot even log in to my account, what's the point?

Can never log in...just like others have said, it takes my login info and then the page just flashes and flashes forever. Always have to try to log in via a webpage outside the mobile app.
