Have been a customer for years, since 1978! I once lived in Indiana PA, all electric 5k sq ft. Rural Electric Association built in 69. Average bill when low 2k. Gone 1/2 THE month. NORMAL OVER $5100. I WILL TAKE COLUMBIA GAS, West Penn Power, or Duquesne light ANY DAY OVER R.E.A.

This app is pretty easy to use and useful for Bill pay. However, on the page where you have to confirm your payment method, the checkbox is so small that when I try to check it, it often takes me to the terms and conditions. Sometimes I have to try to check the box over and over again before it actually gets the check in that very small box. I would like it if the checkbox would be enlarged or if at the end of the terms and conditions there would be a way to confirm it right there.

Works very fast and accurately. Just please make the payment agreement check box easier to check. It's too small and close to the agreement link! WELL, now much, much later, and they haven't fixed the checkbox at the end of your payment agreement. Very frustrating because the Margin for the Anchor Link in the CSS Code needs to move over a couple of Pixels, so it can easily be clicked on by people with bad eyesight or bigger fingers. Come on Columbia Gas, You Can Do Better for your customers.

The checkbox to give final authorization to pay your bill is too close to the disclaimer, and it's difficult to tap the box without tapping the disclaimer which opens the disclaimer

They decided to replace these meters with these digital ones that don't work right after they install them. Then they just throw $100 bill at me that they apparently just pulled out of their asterisk. Every chance they get they look for ways to screw you. Make sure you ask when they read the meter cuz they'll try to set you up for connection then come read the meter the next day and charge you for a whole month. @Columbiagas fix the online payment checkbox button Its trash!
