App has never worked. I can't check any of my bills. I have to rely on the email which somehow always end up in Junk. Can't even go on the web and log in. So disappointed.

I have 2 power accounts and while I could previously select either property now it simply will not open the second one. Very frustrating and very poor customer service. When I was on Mercury Energy they did a much better job. So, I may have to consider changing back. The other issue I have, as I am a low user of Internet I don't require a lot of data. I have looked at Contact Broadband, however they don't offer anything but unlimited. I get great service from Spark with 130 GB for $60 month.

It just doesn't work, constantly crashes. Ridiculous when contact want you to pay bill etc. using the app. Come on get this fixed!
