Not great. It says my account is overdue as they were unable to get a direct debit, so I must pay $00.00 immediately. There's definitely a problem here. Also, I want to know what electricity plan I'm on, but the app doesn't provide that info and neither does the website. Signing in to the app for the first time took ages. I've been a Tango customer for years, but they've really gone off lately and this app is another indication.

Unable to paste password into login so can't use password manager, seems by design. Some functions of the app don't work or are mislabelled. Update. Still can't paste password in. Please change.

App doesn't allow a password manager (or a user for that matter) to paste the password into the input field. This is a really basic and essential feature. If it gets fixed, happy to re-evaluate.

Always Token Failure or payment declined, NEVER happened where App says payment successful plus it will send a declined email. But I never try again otherwise they might take the payment twice. My bank always confirm money was taken.
