Good to see HP app but what can we do other than booking LPG gas? Payment for it? Suggestions: make suggestions easy to send via app current it's like I am filing FIR, secondly if possible bring Aadhaar based or manual address, name and other details correction option why? Location distributor don't have good people or free time to resolve and correct this issue. Lastly spread awareness about what we can do with HP app via diagram explaining step and more. Hope to see hp app be more consumer

Worst service, they should carefully about their users. After using some months I am unable to open the app but customer care representatives can't help. So, can't use even my wallet balance also for refueling, it's very disappointing and unfortunate. I contacted customer care repeatedly and sent the screenshots with email. It's not solved till now for so many days. Please, be careful with your customers.

Gas cylinder deliveries in Goa, Calangute- Porbavaddo, Palmarinha are restricted to Friday. Its 10:30am and I'm still waiting patiently. Delivery in this area is between 08:00 and 08:30am. Moreover, the delivery labor do not speak Konkani or Marathi. How are they getting jobs in Goa with only Hindi?
