Okay. Installed this app. Try to link upi ID. it sends an SMS and then reads it and gives an error sms mismatch. Device binding limit is exceeded. Now I'm put. Don't know how to go about from here. 😔 the issue is resolved. And the app is working just fine

Ok, but help line employes not responding properly on issues, several times they are cuting calls without answer. I lossed my 1 refill money. It is not good.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. I cannot add funds to my HP Pay Wallet because the app neither detects the OTP automatically nor allows manual OTP entry. I reported this issue several times by email, but my complaints were repeatedly closed without any solution. This defeats the purpose of a digital wallet. Ple fix the OTP verification process, provide a manual OTP entry option as a fallback, thoroughly test every update, and ensure complaints are resolved before being marked as closed.
