Will not reflect actual balance for car park credit. I have sufficient balance in apps but my physical card shows I do not have enough balance. Customer service told me I need to validate it if I top up car park credit online via apps (top up a month ago and still not reflect actual balance to the card, but the amount shown on apps is correct). I also notice the apps could not capture the balance accurately. Gt top up history. But the balance reduced / vanished just like that. No explain given

The stupidest app. I've been left waiting more than half an hour for the damn top up to take effect on the card, and it's still not in effect. Also asks for unnecessary location permissions, no doubt to exploit for marketing purposes. This bloody mall charges regular ticketing criminally high charges and forces you to use this stupid defective one card system which isn't that much cheaper in comparison. I will sooner than later be lodging a consumer report on the parking practices at 1u.
