★★★★★ Very good system. The only improvement I would like to see is providing you are within your 3-hour limit that you would be able to move from one location to another. Ie one hour main car park, then straight after 1hr el porter road. As someone who has difficulty walking it would be helpful.

★★☆☆☆ 1.2 euro needed to pay, but 5 euro has been taken of my bank account by card for activation wallet in the app. There was no any information regarding extra amount. SCAM. Don't use it if you not want to pay extra.

★★☆☆☆ BEWARE. They are inefficient, the app is useless, and they don't reply to emails! My number plate was scanned entering a car park in Madrid, which is impossible, I live 500 km away. I contacted Elparking and asked them to stop payment to avoid being incorrectly charged. They replied they would check the photo taken upon entry. They didn't stop my payment, and I have now been charged for someone else's car parking! Have requested a refund a number of times but NO REPLY!!! Avoid and use an alternative

★★☆☆☆ Absolute garbage. Cannot add payment method, no credit card works. Whoever built the parking experience for Pals region should be fired. Shameful. All other regions have Tel park or Easy Park - which work great. But no, Pals had to go with their own app which doesn't work. And their on-street machines, for most of them the payment by card doesn't work either, so you have queues of people scrambling for coins. Ridiculous. This is 2025. Wake up, Pals!!

★★☆☆☆ 10% charge for the convenience of not using a ticket machine, no, thanks. Too expensive. Also, I cannot delete my credit card details from the app.
