Booked a parking spot, paid on the app. Arrived and they said it's cash only, and they don't honor the app reservation. I didn't have enough cash so ended up street parking. And it was too late to cancel the reservation. Emailed support for refund, they said "we need proof you parked somewhere else or no refund." I said "street parked, and you can call and ask the garage it's cash only, why would I pay on app and cash?" They said too bad and no refund. While they still have that place listed...
