My go to when looking for parking. Easy to use and great customer service! As you csn imagine, parking in NYC is not easy but any time I had an issue, they took care of it immediately. One of the best apps on my phone.

I have used this app before with satisfied results. This last time I opted to re-book a previous ramp reservation. 4th time using ramp, and it gave me a notice of "invalid ticket" three times I tried. I couldn't back out of the way of other cars waiting, so I had to purchase another ticket that was only good for 12 hours. Hotel ended up comping another parking spot in separate garage. $32 for the reservation and an additional $16 for new ticket that wasn't going to cover our stay.

I reserved a parking spot from this app. I paid $120 to park my car for the week. When I got to the lot, there was nobody there to help me. And the parking lot had a carnival going on, so there was no place to park. I called support, and they had no other spaces available for me, I asked for a refund, but they only gave me credit to use in the app and didn't refund my credit card. I'm still trying to get my money back for a service I didn't receive!!
