Great way to find parking in dense cities when you have events. I use it mostly for NYC or Boston when I have a show or game to go to. The places available are great and usually pretty affordable. Custom support was also great when I had issues with the garage not being open or road work blocked the street the location was on. Would highly recommend!

Worst costumer service ever. They never resolved the issue I had, and when I emailed them back saying that they didn't solve anything, they replied that" they were glad they solved my issue". Obviously AI "thinking" it was helpful. I will never use the service again. Something as simple as. I took my car out of a garage 6 days earlier than what I had paid upfront for due to a family emergency. The garage agreed that I could be refunded for those days I didn't use, but they said that only S

Sold me a spot that was not available. Then didn't answer the phone when I called support. I had to pay $50 for a new spot, which of course, comes out my pocket for their screw-up. Not to mention the time lost finding my new parking spot. Edit July 8, 2026: Somehow a parking lot I have been parking in for years is now too small for my vehicle. Luckily I found a solution when I googled spot hero competitors. Nice knowin ya.

The app doesn't give you any warning or notification if you overstay your time, thus allowing you to extend your stay. Instead you have to pay $60 (in Atlanta) to get out of the lot, and then they refund you the $60...or at least that's what they tell you. it's been 3 weeks, and I haven't received a dime. It appears to be intentionally predatory.

There's something severely wrong with this app. After signing in it takes me back to sign in like 5 times before letting me in then repeats the nonsense at checkout. I try to continue as guest, but it won't let me checkout as one. This is very frustrating!
