Easy to use. I always find a parking spot and utilizing the QR Code and app is so much easier than the traditional ticketing system. The rates are great through the app as well, and I would recommend using it for those traveling to a large city like Philadelphia, New York, Boston, etc.

The parking garage was unable to read the QR code in the app and had to charge me a $30 Lost Ticket fee to exit the garage. This was on top of the SpotHero fee. I've attempted to get a refund from SpotHero for the Lost Ticket fee but have been unable to.

I can't book anything. I keep getting this error "An error occurred while trying to finalize your parking reservation. The message from our server was: Must be a valid UUID."

Your service fees are getting a little ridiculous. I booked the exact same parking spot as I did two months before and the same amount of time before for the same day and times but for some reason service fee was $0.75 then and today is $4. Please explain to me why and how you justify a 533% fee increase. That's insane!
