Very easy to use and always helps me find the best parking in downtown Toronto

SpotHero app works well and help me find a parking spot on Labor Day just in front of the restaurant at The Embarcadero SF where I made reservation for lunch. The price was very good.

Scam. Have me directions to a garage. Didn't work. And then tried to blame me for their mistake. It didn't work. Refused refund. Will never use again.

If it works, great. If not then your out of luck with payment and a parking spot. Calling their "help" line took over 10 minutes, and I just hung up because I needed to park. Same thing when I needed to leave and the QR code didn't work. It took them 3 business days to respond to my refund request. Guess what they denied it because they couldn't cancel it after the fact. Just use the app to find parking options and then park there and pay on site yourself.

Downloaded the app but it crashed. Uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, but crashed again. Pop up message said there's a bug and to download when the latest version is available. When will that be?
