Easy, reliable, and accurate. I love that it provides a street view of the entrance to parking lots / garages, which is especially helpful in Chicago. The instructions are always spot on and the app provides tons of options at various rates. I always find a great deal, and I've never encountered issues parking or with billing. Thanks SpotHero!

I've used SpotHero four times, and three of those experiences had issues. Once, there was no parking available when I arrived despite booking hours in advance. Another time, the lot's system wouldn't accept the QR code SpotHero provided, and I had to call security for help. Their response was, "Let me guess, SpotHero?"—they said QR code problems are common and even recommended other apps. The third issue was that the parking location was extremely difficult to find. One star is generous

Worst costumer service ever. They never resolved the issue I had, and when I emailed them back saying that they didn't solve anything, they replied that" they were glad they solved my issue". Obviously AI "thinking" it was helpful. I will never use the service again. Something as simple as. I took my car out of a garage 6 days earlier than what I had paid upfront for due to a family emergency. The garage agreed that I could be refunded for those days I didn't use, but they said that only S

Forced to purchase a space at the garage upon arrival because reservation QR code did not work. No one answered the call button either. While polite, spothero customer service was no help. I had to purchase my spot twice. Supposedly it works though
