I can't think of any app, that has saved me more money than Spothero. Great app with an easy-to-use interface that makes finding a parking lot easy, detailed direction for every parking lot's entrance, and fair prices for the service.

Forced to purchase a space at the garage upon arrival because reservation QR code did not work. No one answered the call button either. While polite, spothero customer service was no help. I had to purchase my spot twice. Supposedly it works though

My first time using this service & was surprised by how easy it was to use... BUT... I reserved & paid for a spot in an open lot, but when I arrived, the lot was completely FULL I don't understand how they claim a space is "reserved" when there's no way they can prevent others from paying for YOUR spot in person before you arrive. Now that I see how it works, it seems like it's hit or miss. Your spot is not truly yours until you are parked in it, but that's NOT how they portray the service!

Terrible customer service. I was told that they would cancel a parking ticket that I got after I made a reservation at 1 of their lots. After emailing them with the ticket information, they refused to honor their word. Now the ticket has doubled. I did not get to my appointment all because of SpotHero inadequacy.
