It was difficult to find the parking slot we were in on the map. Once we got that figured out, and tried to order the time, it said we already had 10 hours and 23 minutes and there would be no charge, but at the same time we were out of range. We were unable to adjust this. Several other people who were parking at the same time also had problems with the app and gave up on it.

Absolute GARBAGE app. Never works and takes a dozen tries to pay every two hours! And thanks to your garbage I got a parking ticket!

The app doesn't let me select a time, which doesn't allow me to move forward with the prompts to pay for parking.
