How to Set Up Your Account

How It Works
On-Street and Off-Street Parking: • Enter the zone number on the posted signs or decals around the meter • Select the amount of time you want to park and confirm your information • Touch the “Start Parking” button to begin your parking session • Extend time in the app if you are running late

The basic functionality is there, but needs more work. Please add the ability to search an address on the parking map, so people can figure out in advance what the street parking situation looks like before they head out.

A must-have app for Columbus Ohio residence to park with as all meters are Digital in the city of Columbus. You pay on the app for your parking place and choose the amount of time needed. It also sends you an alert when your time is running out and will allow you to extend your time, so you don't get ticked or towed.

Terrible app. I literally drove and found free parking instead of paid parking because the app was not working properly. What a hastle, and a mistake to make this switch by the city of Columbus.

I'm running a few minute errand, and the log in link just keeps looping back to the sign in email when I go to pay for my spot. If I get a ticket, I'm sending it your way.

Hideous app, took 15 minutes to pay $1 Asked for the same information multiple times, rejected my email for trailing white space, and more. '.trim' is 5 characters someone didn't bother to add to the validation code. After I picked my parking location, I selected a payment option. After filling out the information, I was informed the payment method was invalid for my space. WHY DIDN'T YOU FILTER THE PAYMENT OPTIONS BASED ON MY PARKING SPACE IN THE FIRST PLACE? Simply awful.
