With the ParkColumbus app, starting your parking session takes just a few seconds.

How to Set Up Your Account

• Download the ParkColumbus app and create an account with your email address and password
• Enter your license plate number and the state where your vehicle is registered
• Add your method of payment and start using the ParkColumbus app

How It Works

On-Street and Off-Street Parking:
• Enter the zone number on the posted signs or decals around the meter
• Select the amount of time you want to park and confirm your information
• Touch the “Start Parking” button to begin your parking session
• Extend time in the app if you are running late

Parking Reservations:
• Search for the area where you want to park and select the specific parking location
• Choose the date/time and complete your reservation
• Follow the instructions in your confirmation to redeem at the parking facility

A must-have app for Columbus Ohio residence to park with as all meters are Digital in the city of Columbus. You pay on the app for your parking place and choose the amount of time needed. It also sends you an alert when your time is running out and will allow you to extend your time, so you don't get ticked or towed.

The basic functionality is there, but needs more work. Please add the ability to search an address on the parking map, so people can figure out in advance what the street parking situation looks like before they head out.

Terrible app. I literally drove and found free parking instead of paid parking because the app was not working properly. What a hastle, and a mistake to make this switch by the city of Columbus.

I'm running a few minute errand, and the log in link just keeps looping back to the sign in email when I go to pay for my spot. If I get a ticket, I'm sending it your way.

Lacks a working GPS feature to automatically select parking zone. Asks me what city I want to park in when I enter the zone from the sign. There's obviously no maintenance or upkeep happening to this app.

Parking Ticket Parkers BEWARE... I paid for paking in my zone and didn't double-check, and check again. The transaction did NOT complete. My card is fine, I put in the zone, received the price, pressed the button, checked it later...nothing.... No history, no transaction. The Result...a 30.00 dollar ticket. Also, the phone and online options to use a CC payment is DOWN. Now I have to deal with calling the office or possibly go in....how inconvenient!!
