How to Set Up Your Account • Download the meterUP app and create an account with your email address and password • Enter your license plate number and the state where your vehicle is registered • Add your method of payment and start using the meterUP app
How It Works On-Street and Off-Street Parking: • Enter the zone number on the posted signs around the meter • Select the amount of time you want to park and confirm your information • Touch the “Start Parking” button to begin your parking session • Extend time in the app if you are running late

Great app. I've had no issues with adding or removing vehicles or payment methods. A recommendation. Let's say I pay for 1 hour parking, but I only use 30 mins. It would be nice for those 30 mins to rollover if I'm willing to pay the full price for the 1 hour.

So easy to use. You can add money to your meter right from your phone, from anywhere. Also, it gives you a warning when your about 15 min from running out. And it keeps a timer to let you know how many minutes you have left.

Very convenient to use. However, the email notifications need to be fixed. It sends emails way later than it should. I get the emails anywhere between 30 minutes to 24 hours after I've paid for the parking.

The only way to log in is through a "magic link" that sends a link to your email to log in. Unfortunately, it appears to be dark magic because the link never actually logs you in, and instead just opens the app without actually doing anything. I don't know why they did away with passwords which have worked well since the dawn of computers and the Internet. Now, I have no choice but to pay for parking like it's the 1990s. Give is an option to log in with a password and fix the magic links!

Not able to pay for parking. Since this new update I have not been able to pay for parking. It's horrible I'm stuck trying to load the parking space numbers then when they load, and I select one that doesn't load. I get a blank screen asking me if I want to park there, but no space shows. It used to be good now I can't use it. But PPA will be there to ticket me even though they are never around to help when I'm having issues. This sucks 😕 😞

Goes Unresponsive and won't load history... It's really frustrating when need to extend parking and the app suddenly won't load any information and refreshing does nothing.
