How to Set Up Your Account

This app has been great and very convenient, but as of this morning it is less than useless. Today, it will not add new credit cards as payment methods, or use already set up credit cards (all of which are active and valid). Just says 'bad request.' Will be uninstall ingredients if it's not fixed. Update: issue was fixed next day after I submitted a support request, I'm grateful for the result. Generally I do find the app invaluable in extending my parking as needed. Rating changed accordingly!

I entered my car's plate and state to create a new vehicle in the app, and it somehow still defaulted back to my husband's plate, unbeknownst to me. Today, I got to pay $3.85 to park my husband's car, that was in another state, as well as $25 for a parking ticket. This app is trash. If you can still use a kiosk, do it.

The sign in email link doesn't do anything. Just let me sign in with a password. App is totally unusable without being able to sign in.

Must log in with an email link. Which never works. So if you can't log in to pay for parking what's the point of the app?
