I enjoy the detail provided by the app, such as hourly rates, amenities, what an expected fine would be, and even pictures and descriptions of the lots/garages and how you pay at them, so you know what to look for and expect!

Tried to delete and replace payment method, but system will not allow. So next time I use, I have to add card, maybe in the dark, crazy street, it will take too long and no other parking app I have has this crazy requirement.

I can't stress this enough. Do not use this app or this service. It is the closest thing to a scam I have ever experienced. I set up an account, added a credit card, paid in advance for a spot at Woodward West, and when I went to load the QR code for gaining access to the garage, it did not load. The support number at the kiosk went to a deadline, the Help button did not work, and Park Detroit told me they don't offer refunds. Read the reviews. They take your money and don't provide service.
