I highly recommend this app. It just makes parking so much easier. L care for people in the community and some have high needs. L don't have to leave them to go to a meter. And you have more control over the time you are parked. It's a great app. 👍

This app allows you to enter the parking details from the comfort of the doctors' surgery. And I appreciate the reminder HOWEVER the reminder came an hour after I had driven off. I'd like to see it sooner if possible.

Scummy app that won't let you just get an app notification for near expired parking but instead charges for a sms to be sent. Also charges bank account to hold money in its own wallet which you have to pay parking from. Small but scummy things. Would never use if my uni didn't mandate this app.

Charges your card to round amounts rather than just the cost of parking. No option to pay as you go, rather than having a prepaid account. Extractive scam

Recently I was required to use this service for parking for a work meeting, a once off, the car park cost was supposed to be 40c. I couldn't pay this time without downloading the app and signing up for whatever reason, and was charged a full $10 instead of the car park amount, and wasted 30 mins trying to get this silly app working before I could get the car park paid for. I have been able to use the car park previously without the app, and it was much easier (and cheaper) without it! Very unimpressed

Disagree with the top-up system where you have to load fixed amounts into an in-app wallet. Should be, put money in and pay for a set of hours like any other parking meter. I couldn't find a physical parking meter and had to use this app. Unhappy.
