★★★★★ Excellent it may have taken some time to set up the app, but I didn't need to go all the way to a machine 10/10

★★★★★ The app works fine, but it doesn't ask for your license plate number after downloading and starting a new session. Make sure to put your license plate number in afterward or end up with a ticket. 😒

★★★★★ Love love love it! So simple and convenient when its cold or busy.

★★☆☆☆ I tried adding 30 mins for 60 cents to my existing time, but the app wouldn't work, and I kept getting an error message, so I left. I then discovered that my credit card was charged for parking twice, once for my original total, and once for the total plus the extra 30 mins. When I contacted support for help, they directed me to contact the City of Fern dale, which is a looping city hall phone #. I know I am not getting money back. There should be a better way to handle this.

★★☆☆☆ Endless Scrolling The old app allowed you to type in your number of your parking space. The update forces you to scroll for the space number starting with 100. My spot is in the 3000s!

★★☆☆☆ Deleted all my vehicles, but still charged me to park even though I didn't have a vehicle to park. Doesn't ask for a zone number, just a spot number. There are multiple lots to park in, are they all sequential? Bad app design
