I work all over the city and often have to park in different locations that might be considered the same zone, ie 100. Yet, even if I move my car, it won't allow me to pay for the same zone consecutively, leaving vulnerable to a ticket because I'm not being allowing to pay for the zone.

Add time screen doesn't have button to submit time/amount. You have to visit meter unlike all the marketing hype. You will get a ticket if you wait forvtime tovexpire and start a new session because there appears to be a time lockout after a parking session ends where app does not work.
