No major complaints, but there are way too many steps required to pay for parking. I only have one vehicle, and yet I need to pick a vehicle every time. Same with the payment method. How about a "default parking" button, where I can use a default vehicle, payment method and perhaps parking duration, and all I need to input is the zone? Another thing that would be nice is to be able to find zones based on my location. It's a bore sometimes having to walk almost a block to find the zone number.

This app uses a dark pattern to promote five-star reviews, so you should know the rating you're seeing likely is inflated. The design is incredibly bad. You need to click through about five screens for a single parking session, which is insane. A good designer needs to take an axe to the horrible flow of this app. You don't use this app because you love it. You're forced to use it, in my case by the City of Portland. I wish they would push back on their vendor for a better design.

App's PIN reset doesn't work. Kiosks don't work. I am unable to pay for parking. This is entrapment.

It's just not working, I can't update pin, I can't change anything, I got sms, but after updating my credit card is just give me message that" please check your internet connection" message.

Slow app. Lots of forms to fill out when I just wanted to park. Won't return to location again if still requiring this.
