I paid the parking fee using the app that I had saved with my temporary plates as ID, but then realized that I had put new plates in my car. I went to UPDATE my vehicle but was unable to update the plate. I received a parking ticket. Even though I sent in an explanation, proving that the car I paid for was the same car that had the new plate, the Metro Parking Authority is refusing to dismiss the ticket. METRO PARKING WILL FLEECE YOU FOR A FAILURE TO PROPERLY EXPLAIN HOW THE APP WORKS.

Hi, app is fine, but the last two days, it has been requiring entering my 20 digit TAP card number. This is problematic to do on a regular basis while trying to park, catch the train, and keep alert of the safety issues at the station and on the train. If the number could be saved in the app, or required not every day, it would very much be appreciated.

Text is not properly rendered or formatted in text boxes. The basic functionality is not up to a reasonable standard. It takes far too many clicks to buy daily parking at the lot where I park every week. Why do I have to select the vehicle and payment every time? There needs to be a shortcut for a default scenario. Worst of all I received a parking ticket late last year when I had paid for parking! I disputed it with my parking receipt but was denied by the automated system.
