Worked pretty well, but did not automatically give an indication of which location I was at, so I had to walk over to the machine to read the location code. Otherwise, I was pleased that it was ready to decline Sms reminders, and it extended my parking time to what I was paying for, not just the time I typed in.

Update, I've altered my review from 1 star to 4. After having massive problems today I eventually got through past the robot to customer services via email. We still had the problem of my account being suspended but the online team sorted my problem out. They deleted my old account completely, and I then managed to open the app and sign in again as a new customer. I can't give it 5 stars yet until I use the app again but a big Thank You to Andile at the Payphone support team.

So easy to use once it is set up with your car details in the app. The amount of time you have can be monitored and extended, without going back to the car...

In Paris, when you start residence parking time say at 9:02 am on Monday for 6 days then you cannot stop it before same time next Monday. This is very inconvenient because I am not available to renew the parking at that exact time each week. The app should use only full days on residency mode but allow to stop/start at any time while the park itself would start immediately or at the nearest start park time the next day and stop at the end park time the last day. We pay per day It should be easy.

Lousy, lazy useless app. If this is how we are having to pay in future at least make sure your app has sufficient capacity to cope with demand. Either boost the signal or ensure there is an alternative method of payment...ie A MACHINE.....

Issue with payment app has worked fine for 2 years. Now declined credit card. Bank say app issue. App no one to talk to just gives a list of things to try done them all. Conclusion tells me to pay at machine or park somewhere else. great, thanks for being useless

Terrible experience today - had to log in to pay for 1.90 parking which isn't great when you're in a hurry - ended up having to enter car reg and payment card details again. Is this progress?
