App works fine, the MAIN complaint is that you should be able to more easily choose time in increments of 15 mins. It defaults to 15, and if you want 45 mins you have to manually tap 30x up to 45. Or if you want an hour, you have to tap down 15x down from 1:15. It's obviously to make you commit to a hr 15 for lazy ppl not wanting to click. Just make a button for +/- 15 mins.

The wallet reload system where you can only add $20 or more at a time is such an incredible scam. Screw you guys and screw the terrorist UAE regime this funds. There is a special place in hell for Daley

Horrible app. You have to put $20 in your account to start using it. I have no idea how they have a 4.2 rating here. Do not use this greedy company's services. Find other means of parking if you can.

Garbage app. I have to pay $20 to even see how it works, no demo or examples first. Another terrible solution from the city of Chicago.

Something is wrong with the app. I can't lon in with my email I keep asking for phone number. Login and sign up has the same sign-up page

RIDICULOUS that chicago sold out. The money doesn't even go to the city were just being ripped off!! As if we don't pay enough taxes here and now I have to pay to park after paying a city sticker just to drive where I live!?!? Breathing fees and taxes coming soon!
