I'll give them 5 stars. The apps are great, and they're cheap. It's very convenient. I don't have any problems with them. Wyndham Parking lot is also awesome, safer, too, not far from the airport shuttle bus on time. Of course, you have to call them to pick you up from the airport. I have amazing experience from Earmarking and Wyndham. I don't know when I'm taking my vacation next but for sure 💯 I still choose them. Keep up the great work 👍

Cheaper than the rest, it worked the way I expected, and they resolved an issue promptly and without hassle when there was an issue with the lot I parked at. Needless to say I'm impressed. I suspect this will be my go-to parking service from here on (yes, my sample size is 1, but it was an impressive start.)

This app is completely worthless when it comes to TSA wait times. Do not use it. Perhaps it works better for parking. TSA wait times are horrendously wrong. Do not rely on it. They are not real-time or even close to accurate.

Absolute horrible app and website. Functions so badly. Whenever I'm trying to do a booking, I have to switch window to look up things such as credit card info or address, and when switched back, it's all gone to homepage, and I have to do it all over again. I've already gone through this 5 times. Website is just as horrible and not user-friendly. I put in the times I'm looking for but in checkout, it always lists a different time from what I've looked for. Same for both website and app. Scam

I forgot the password, so I request an email to reset it. Never received the email. Tried about 10 times and never received an email message. Now, I cannot use the app because it will not allow me to create a new account because the email address has been used. It worked great one time only.

Beware I booked a week ahead, got to the parking lot and the parking lot wouldn't even talk to me and basically kicked me out of the driveway. Had to go to a more expensive parking lot, but I mean we didn't have any reservations, and they actually accommodated us, so I can't complain, contacted customer service, and they can't even reimburse me. The customer service said they can only give me a refund through PayPal, I told them I didn't use PayPal, they can only refund through PayPal. The hassle!
