Very first time using the app, reserved a spot day in advance, got the reserved spot, and was taken by another car, tried reaching customer service, got recording "our offices are now closed". UPDATE: Even though I had issues the night of my reservation, the customer service dept. Was extremely efficient at crediting my payment, offering compensation for my next reservation, and apologizing for the situation. I will gladly book with ClickBank again.

Terrible parking logistics. They oversell parking and then don't have any available spots even after you pay for a reservation on advance. The phone app login doesn't work. Been unable to login via Google for weeks.

I did reserve a parking spot with this app and when I get there on time, there was no place to park. I got late to my appointment because I had to go and try to get a new place and pay for it.

No proper spot to park when I arrived. The parking lot was overfilled with cars. Wondering how many were there that did not pay for their spot. We all just parked one on top of each other. It was a disaster.
