Suddenly won't accept my payment options. Customer service was unhelpful but prompt. "Just get a different card" this card worked the last time I used this garbage app.

App needs refinement. Extremely predatory practices. Rates for parking times that don't exist on the physical pay machines are listed on the app. E.g., if a few hrs are remaining for the day you will see a full day rate even though it shouldn't be listed and should match the physical machine! Very incompetent and rude (Karen type) customer service that blames their client for app set up when it's clearly a logical error in the app design. 🙄
