Will not let me pay in advance... I made sure all was up-to-date, but it would not allow me to pay in advance.

Terrible. I wanted to pay up front to get the discount, but your app wouldn't take my credit card. It wouldn't recognize my name, it took everything else. I called and got no help, so I was forced to make the reservation to pay later. Terrible and frustrating experience.

Trying to get the reservation to get accepted was a fiasco. No explanation as to why it was not being accepted. The $6.00 discount disappeared and eventually was forced to upgrade to premium, in order to get reservation. Over an hour waited.
