13 Cabs needs to hire proper app developer. Too many bugs. Text message tells that your client has added you as the preferred driver, but the does not show anything.

The user experience and the quality of this app is shocking for such a well known company 13 cabs needs to its driver app more integrative easy to navigate Less glitchy! App sucks! So much. It's formatted like it's 2013.... shocking

I joined this company 3 months ago, and already it's increased the network fee 33% and now introducing a system to allow passengers to rate drivers. Get stuffed 13 cabs. I just came back to taxis from rideshare to get away from that garbage. I won't tolerate any Taxi company using Uber like tactics. They can't even give you an end of financial year tax summary, pretty amateur stuff. And no way of driver receiving a job while outside the vehicle unless you remove the tablet.
