Horrible promo experience. For National ice cream day, they advertise $5 free soft serve. What they don't tell you except for the fine print is that it's $5 off, not a $5 free item. Since the chain has you dispense the soft serve yourself, there's no way to tell how much it'll cost until you weigh it at the counter since they charge by weight.
