I love ordering at my local Rally's using the app. It is so easy to order and customize my items and pay with credit card. Everything is always ready when I get there to pickup at the time I choose and everything is hot and delicious.

App was redesigned with a shiny new coat of paint, coupons still don't apply. The previous reward system worked better and had better choices. Now coupons rarely work, often needing to restart your order completely and applying it before choosing items. When the app has deals built into the item price itself, such as $3 big buford days, the app is generally good.

There is no way to order a single drink on the app I was trying to use a promo to get $2 drink you can't order a soda from the app. Only milkshake you can order on the app

FIX THIS APP ALREADY!! Never any coupons offered anymore, not even the Friday fries one. Sometimes I get a really bad coupon offered, only one coupon offered, so of course I don't use it. And no accessible or convenient way to submit feedback in app. Might as well close my account and only use the coupon on the back of the receipt because that's way better than any coupons they offer nowadays (usually none)
