I hardly recommend using the app. The discounts or coupons or rewards that the app promises can be used actually cannot be used even when properly applied. The app will gladly take your order for full price, but if you're trying to use their own stated offers, it never registers it correctly at all. Very disappointing as the Rallys near me just me reopened and this app doesn't work correctly and makes me decide to buy elsewhere that does honor their promotions.

it's not working. My number is on my account, but it says no account found. I change my password and then it tells me that the app shouldn't land on page not found. Then goes roght back to not letting me do anything until I sign in or sign up.

I liked being able to take a look at the menu & what Rally's has to offer, rather than pulling up to the menu in the drive-thru & feeling rushed. The app doesn't have the deals it says it does if you download it. Many items won't let you adjust, ex, chili dog ordered alone: add cheese, remove ketchup & mustard. I ordered a Pick 2 meal & the only pick that can't be adjusted. Onsite order asked them to fix it. I was told it's too late. App said 6 m, but it was 20m $38 & I had to throw it out
