★★★★★ The staff here is great. From what I understand the ice cream maker broke. So they got rid of ice cream and are no longer serving it. That's the whole reason I started eating at Rally's. I got tired of going to McDonald's and hearing that they couldn't serve ice cream, so I started going to rallies.

★★☆☆☆ Overly price delivery fees then when my food arrived the first time I tried the service I was given the wrong order today I figured I'd try again, and today they stuffed the family meal that was supposed to be chicken bite family meal deal they gave me a big box of fries with just a couple of burnt chicken pieces on top of it what few pieces of chicken that they gave of the chicken bites were burnt literally it was 37.00 with delivery fees & all I got was a big box of fries & no sauces 😡😠🤬

★★☆☆☆ There's no way to customize your burger, like I wanted Mayo, lettuce and tomato on a double cheeseburger, but you can't do it online, and I wanted a milkshake instead of a soda and again no option to upgrade, now I'm at the Checkers and they want to tell me I can't do that,
