I've been buying from here since but please help us put a sign to differentiate real seller from fake ones because I've bought a lot of inferior goods for a very high price. More so, most of them usually cheat by cuting down the agreed amount after payment... Though, there are good ones among them. Mixed experience! This is not an online shopping app. I got scammed by the sellers bcos after waiting for 4 weeks, no tracking info but after inquiries, they provided some info in chinese to say I have signed n received the orders. Omg. I have not received anything after paying to them. When asked for refund, they want me to return the orders first. Isn't this a daylight robbery? This app tricks u to part your money n they will use scam tactics to cheat u. Beware this is not Pinduoduo app.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH 1688! 😡 I paid for my goods, and they arrived at the warehouse, but I’m now being told the 45-day storage period expired and my goods cannot be collected, returned, or refunded and may be DESTROYED. This is unfair! I’m a first-time customer and didn’t understand the rules. I’m willing to pay a reasonable storage/handling fee to recover my goods. Please have pity and help me. I want my goods, not excuses. This experience makes me afraid to buy from 1688 again.

I had a bad experience here. The item I bought never arrived. I can't process a refund because the seller only want return and refund process. When I tried to process a return and refund, I was required to install Alipay and enter my personal details including a photo of my ID card into the app, and I am not willing to disclose my personal information.
