After download of new App I lost all 'real time' reports had big delays in email reports and no txt message alerts. It took 3 days for Tracker support to respond to a request; they recommended clearing down all data in the Tracker web portal and re entering. Real time email and text reporting is currently working smoothly again after the web reset. The new interface is a definite improvement on the old, just be aware you may need to reset contact details on the web to get the best of system,

Great app to go with my tracker if used only to track motorbike. Only problem I found is the trip tracker does not work at all. I ride from location a to location b, and trip tracker shows it took 4 minutes to travel 11 miles.

The tracker work excently but the app It works ok on my phone some features doesn't work android 12 phone but on my tablet it works perfectly android 10

3 units installed and still tracker plus this App does not track vehicle or send Email if vehicle moves out of geo-fence area. Expensive solution not to be working 4 months after installation.

This app is the WORST I've ever used, EVERY aspect of it is flawed, I get error messages every time I try and login, and on the rare occasion it will allow me to access it keeps telling me I have no internet connection. I can't see the location of my bike, NONE of the options work, TOTAL FAILURE, my twelve-year-old nephew could code a better app than this. I've just paid to have the device fitted on a brand-new bike, get the app sorted, or I want a refund. Slack!!

Absolute rubbish. Currently, my car is in the middle of the North Sea, apparently. I can't access Google Maps on the app to locate my vehicle. I can't edit geo-fences to enable me to get notified if somebody uses the car. So the tracker and associated app are completely useless.
