App works 50% of time. I have to contact support at least 2x a month to have them rest the device. I've even had to have the device reinstalled on my vehicle because it failed. Tech support advised I need to Uninstall and the reinstallation to get the app to work again (I do this about 3x a week). IMO ridiculous. Very poor app. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product if you're looking for a tracking device for your vehicle.

Doesn't update location anymore. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing. Gold Star Connect was better than this.

Car Stolen and my cell phone was in there, I am unable to log onto another device and see where my car could be. Guess I can not count on this dumb as app that won't allow me to use my computer or another cell to log in. This is very frustrating, and all I can do is email, no one answers the phone. What do I need this app for if I can not use it and when I first downloaded this app, it would not show me when my car was coming into a specific place, so that I can see if this app truly works. NOT!
