Very reliable. A+. Charge lasts 10/11 days. Highly recommend! The only note would be that the cell service is very hard to hear in my work van that has road noise but should be awesome in a more standard vehicle. The magnet is very strong and has never moved from where I place it. Great product/service.

Worked perfectly! Bought it to use in my car but unfortunately my gfs kid stole it while sleeping, then crashed the car and torched it. GPS melted down but saved last location and was able to find the car....well what was left of it. Will be buying another after I can save up to buy another car.

Overall, it tells me everything I need to know. The prices are fair. The audio works good, and I'm happy with my purchase. Thank you for making this possible logistamatics.

Horrible every day It's something different today I can't see my tracker screen I talk to customer service, and he tells me to uninstall they app that will fix it. NEGATIVE IT DIDNT WORK then I try to get back in contact with them and I can't. It used to be the best tracker after the update its horrible

There service is mediocre. If you pay for a device, and they don't want to keep it they will outdated your device you paid for and stop giving you the service you pay for, for that device and tell you, you have to update your device and pay for a new one with a discount. If you sell a product it's the company's responsibility to keep you updated with the service you have with device. So locating my device is given, but I can no longer call my device to hear what's going on. Be careful and cautious
