I had Att cloud on my old phone &:it kept saying I needed to pay for it even tcho it's paid with my phone bill. Had to get a new phone with same # & email, but they didn't let me get my files & pictures from my old phone. I would have lost them all if I hadn't taken pictures of them with another camera. Let's see what happens this time

If your update is not working, go clear the caches, both of them. Then uninstall. Once uninstalled, restart phone. When it comes back on, go to play store and search app. Install from the store, if it says update, you didn't follow instructions, start over.

I never signed up for this. I signed up for basic minimum plan suppose to be no more than 50 dollars a month. Ive been paying 92 dollars a month. that's 42 dollars more than what I signed up for. Times that by 3 months that's 1w6 dollars this company owe me. I don't know what genius that works there did this to me. Im on a limited budget and I was taken advantage of because I was new customer. Just your overcharge was 3 and a half months worth of service with my pay as u go. U oee me 126.00

I did NOT specifically ask for nor did I subscribe to the AT&T Cloud. Six months ago when I purchased my cell phone, it was "free to try." Cancelled it after only a few days & that was the END. Except SOMEHOW, 6 months later, it NOW shows up on my AT&T Bill. AT&T Cloud is almost 2 times as much as any ONE of the other individual storage I already have. AT&T is a greedy company & ALWAYS has been. ✔️ Why would I NEED AT&T Cloud when I already have Apple iCloud, Google One, Dropbox & Adobe Cloud
