I had Att cloud on my old phone &:it kept saying I needed to pay for it even tcho it's paid with my phone bill. Had to get a new phone with same # & email, but they didn't let me get my files & pictures from my old phone. I would have lost them all if I hadn't taken pictures of them with another camera. Let's see what happens this time

This crummy app came preinstalled on my AT&T Samsung Galaxy S26. It keeps telling me couldn't update the app. I am also unable to remove the app since it's preinstalled as useless bloatware. Way to go AT&T!

FIX. YOUR. USELESS. APP. SO. IT. WILL. UPDATE. Update as of 07/20/26: App still refuses to update. Uninstalling and reported for blocking other app updates.
