If your update is not working, go clear the caches, both of them. Then uninstall. Once uninstalled, restart phone. When it comes back on, go to play store and search app. Install from the store, if it says update, you didn't follow instructions, start over.

I never signed up for this. I signed up for basic minimum plan suppose to be no more than 50 dollars a month. Ive been paying 92 dollars a month. that's 42 dollars more than what I signed up for. Times that by 3 months that's 1w6 dollars this company owe me. I don't know what genius that works there did this to me. Im on a limited budget and I was taken advantage of because I was new customer. Just your overcharge was 3 and a half months worth of service with my pay as u go. U oee me 126.00

Does not update or backup my phone. Personally I wish my family never switched to AT&T. Sure they can claim they have the lowest price, it's because they charge extra for everything that is FREE with other wireless network basic plans like voicemail features and spam call blocking. AT&T can't even offer a decent Cloud backup. The Fiber connection is actually worse than the copper wire connection. Perhaps it is because they are half assessing installing and putting to large of areas on one box.

This has been the worst experience I've had in my 52 years of phone services they lied about my phone service and was given a promotion and charged for it. I never even opened it
