The app is constantly freezing/excessive loading time when going to any of the tabs such as "Account" or "Shop". The app itself is not very user-friendly at all. For a company with such great service, the app is beyond disappointing. It's maddening more often than not to navigate to anything outside the home page. Update 9/11/26 the app is much better all around features included. It would be great to have a fingerprint/pin to log in faster.

You can't successfully pull up account information, pay a bill or navigate through the app to see any account information. The app is pointless, pathetic and frustrating just like the service.

Not able to view all AT&T services currently receiving. Only service 1 account can be seen. It used to be able to show all services & take care of billing where it forces you to call for bill payment for wireless.

Refuses to update on my phone, and it won't let me use the app unless updated. Worthless!!

App no longer opens properly. If it does, it won't accept credentials or fingerprint. You can't delete it and reinstall it. Only the updates can be deleted. The 800 number goes to asurion with nothing to do with app. The 469 Texas number isn't a working number. Everything is bogus for contact information. All asurion wants to do is sell services. Att chat was useless. At least the website is still functional.
