This is by far the worst mobile carrier app I have ever used. It doesn't even let me see my connected services or do something as simple as paying my bill. The app is slow, confusing, and extremely frustrating to use. On top of that, the phone service itself is terrible. My monthly bill is higher than what I was promised when I signed up, which feels misleading and dishonest. I truly regret switching to AT&T. I would not recommend this company to anyone until they improve both their app and thei

You can't update the app, you have to uninstall and reinstall it every time there is an update.
