T-life is a good app it has been getting better over time and it's easier to use than the old one. I love T-mobile, in my opinion it is the best phone company I have had. I would give 5 stars, but there is always room for improvement. Also, 5-star reviews aren't always trustworthy.

You guys just scammed me... I pay 69 for my service then they told me I'll pay cheaper with a promo and new phone....now saying my bill is 92 dollars with no new phone?? They lied to me to make me switch....and trying to make me go to the lower plan to pay cheaper...call about 10 times been to 2 stores everyone telling me something different....this is not ok worse service in my life

Forced app migration completely broke Sync UP DRIVE. The old Sync UP DRIVE app worked perfectly, but being forced to switch to this clunky, bloated app is a massive downgrade. The design is completely broken: it only stays logged in if you are on a live, service-enabled cellular device. If you use it on a non-activated device or over Wi-Fi, you are forced to re-login every single day. It has turned a simple, seamless drive-and-sync tool into a high-maintenance nightmare.

T-Mobile was a great company until they switched to this dumb app. Fire whoever decided to make the change.
