I have been a T-Mobile Customer for 17 years, and I always paid my bill in full. I had a good paying job, and back in 2019 I lost that job. My new job doesn't pay me as much, and I had to start paying my bill by using the payment Arrangement. And when I tried to get a new phone I am required to pay a higher down-payment on my phone. It's not my fault that my financial situation has changed, I have to do that in order to pay my bill

15+ years with T-Mobile, Thank you for cancelling my old plan and forcing me to pay more. I looked around at alternatives and found that I could be paying less for the same service. Getting off T-Mobile as they turned into their competitors.

Mobile never has service. Rarely had this much trouble from US Cellular in my area. Will be looking for a better provider.
