I only wish it had all features for free, but seeing as how I can't blame a company for, making money on putting some features behind pay wall when many of the 1s people will download it for, are still free, I wouldn't deduct points for that.

The ability to read transcriptions is nice, but the broken bulk actions function is a major pain. You have to open and manually delete every voicemail one at a time. Attempting to delete a voicemail, or group of voicemails, any other way only results in an error message saying, "Refresh Failed." Edit: Two years later and I still have to manually delete 44 voicemails by opening and deleting them one at a time because the bulk actions STILL DON'T WORK. I even bought a new phone. Reduced to 1-Star

This app doesn't need to exist, it's carrier bloat. Android phones have visual voicemail built into the phone app. This is junk.

Can't delete any voice mails. Now the box is full, and I can't get any more messages. Terrible app, at least on the S25.
