I have a Samsung S24 ultra, and it's been working great. I had a little issue that I didn't know that I restricted the data on the app. But that can be simply fixed by going in the settings of the app and toggle use when power saver is on other than that. It's been fantastic

The transcribe feature never works. Uninstalled and looking for something that actually works. I PAY for this and it doesn't work. Get your lives together because I'm about to ask for 2 years worth of credit for this.

You cannot delete voicemails all at once. You have to do it one at a time and even that doesn't always work. This has been an issue for years. How is it not fixed?

Hey, T-Mobile!!! It's clear that you pay no attention to YOUR CUSTOMER REVIEWS because nothing has changed. Fix this problem. I logged this a month ago. I can't receive new call because I can't delete any!!! This has been going on for years. Whether I try to delete one at a time or 5 or 20! I get "refresh failed" and they are all still there. So nice to know that T-Mobile reads these and responds and acts on the problem. Getting a new phone/plan soon, and it will not be with tmobile.

I've had this app for years, first as a Sprint customer and then T-Mobile after the merger. I specifically used it because I need to read my voicemails. After the latest update of my phone, I was no longer getting transcripts and instead received a notification telling me to subscribe to "Premium" if I want transcripts. You now have to pay a fee for the "visual" portion of Visual Voicemail. There were constant errors and malfunctions with the app anyway, but now it's next to useless.
