My phone froze on me. I had a panic attack. My phone is the keys to the building I live in, my clock in to my job, my map around here since I'm new to the neighborhood. I was really nervous. The process to file a claim was extremely easier than expected. I don't usually do protection on my cell phone. However, all the phones on my plan are currently protected, and I feel so much better regarding my phones. Keep up the great work!

The app claims to have a $0-$29 deductible option for front screen replacement, but they only give me the option to replace my device for an $89 deductible. Thievery especially to someone who pays for the highest tier of coverage

Trash app can't get it to work always some error code can't file a claim, yet I'm charged for the best insurance offered with T-Mobile every month for what can't even get my phone replaced like my plan shows that I'm supposed to

They never want to provide free screen replacements, they make you pay a deductible for a used device.
