I had to drive to ga from me. after I grabbed gas and made the mistake of leaving my phone on the cover of my truck bed. It fell off on a busy street. Got ran over a few times. Thankfully I had an otter box case, it was the reason that only the front and back of the phone itself was cracked. The insides were fine. I didn't have to wait on a new phone in the mail. Protection 360 arranged for me to be able to have it fixed when I got there. I really appreciated their help in my phone getting fixed

I live about 45 miles from the closes Mobile. Saturday I have seen on FB they would be about 50 miles from where I live this young people so helpful with my situation. I was truly happy they were willing to get the info I was needing. They are at kern river circle park. Thank you.

The app claims to have a $0-$29 deductible option for front screen replacement, but they only give me the option to replace my device for an $89 deductible. Thievery especially to someone who pays for the highest tier of coverage

Trash app can't get it to work always some error code can't file a claim, yet I'm charged for the best insurance offered with T-Mobile every month for what can't even get my phone replaced like my plan shows that I'm supposed to

Doesn't ship to a Mobile store or P.O. Box. Uses FedEx and UPS, but you can't select UPS. FedEx left the phone out on the street in front of a bar and tells me to contact the shipper. Assurant tells me they'll spend 5 days investigating before they approve mailing it out again, probably with FedEx, and probably another dice-roll for whether I'll get my phone. I've been waiting on this warranty for over a month. Not worth they money. Just put $ towards eventually replacing the phone.
