The process to file a claim was extremely easier than expected. I don't usually do protection on my cell phone. However, all the phones on my plan are currently protected, and I feel so much better regarding my phones. Keep up the great work!

They are trying to tell me. My device was not covered during the damage time frame. When it has been covered since april of two thousand twenty-six and the claim was made, with it not working on August fifth or sixth two thousand twenty-six.

I was charged a $180 deductible fee to replace a phone that I didn't break. Shortly after a year of use, my Samsung Z-fold developed a crease due to everyday regular use. There was no water damage or cracks. After months of back and forth with Mobile and the unsightly crease now affecting the way I could use my phone, I paid the fee to replace my phone. Every Mobile & Assurant representative that I spoke with agreed that a defect caused my issue but refused to replace my phone for free.

Horrible Customer Service. This insurance cost me $25 a line on 4 phone lines, and they were extremely unhelpful and clearly located halfway around the world and had no knowledge of how T-Mobile operates. If I was given a choice, I would choose a different insurance for my phone.

Poor poor poor did a claim, my phone got turned off instead of the one in the lake, returned the phone as requested. Still without any phone services since the evening of the 7th. . . . . . . . . . . . oh what they do not tell you is you have to use a credit card not a debit card. Now my paperweight is still not going to be unlocked for 2-3 business days. So it will be a week without my phone... and probably a few days more for my husband phone. Can I give a negative 5
