It was so easy to file a claim and get it approved. My only problem did not have anything to do with the app but the cost for deductible.

They are trying to tell me. My device was not covered during the damage time frame. When it has been covered since april of two thousand twenty-six and the claim was made, with it not working on August fifth or sixth two thousand twenty-six.

Wouldn't let me give 0 stars. Worst service I've ever dealt with. Had to file the claim myself after waiting two days for the claim to get "approved" as the tracker said it was being reviewed. Come to find out the person on the phone didn't even file the claim. It was "unfinished" even though it had my card on file it didn't collect the payment until I went in to "continue" my claim this morning and input all my info again.

I filed a claim to have my cell phone replaced and received a lemon. To receive another replacement, I've got to return the old one first, in order to receive another replacement. There is no other way around that, so I'll be without a phone for a few days.

Complete waste of money. I got the best insurance they offer, but I still just paid $300 for someone else to fix my screen. They make it hard to get anything fixed. They will send you to a T-Mobile store where they will try to convince you to just add another line. I'm really annoyed.
