I got a new phone and when I logged in I deactivated my number help. My old phone was listed. Hello. I got a new phone and when I logged into the APP I deleted my phone LGG5 phone hoping to add my LG G 8thinq. Please help. It says deactivated. I don't have the extended protection, but I find the APP very useful. Any way to add the info to my account?

Always keep my phone working properly and safe when I am in the public using the Wi-Fi available. Additionally, it lets me know when junk files need to be deleted off my device and I just love it! It also reminds me when I need to restart my phone as in these times and days all help is needed to staying safe and secured as available.

Well it was great until I started experiencing technical problems with downloads! Your customer service sucks!!! All l wanted was it to be fixed and all you wanted was my credit card info! Thanks for nothing!!!

On older version I was able to scan phone for viruses and storage issues. On this one it will not let me. Also, what is shown in play store for the app is completely different.

Just not easy to start and run a simple scan. Just buy extra tools or buy this or talk to live support. Just let me run a damn scan to see what virus may be on my phone

If you enjoy being talked down to you by passive-aggressive know-it-alls you got the right app for you. Oh and if you're hoping they can actually do something with US Cellular just cuz IDK the name is US Cellular then you're in the wrong app because they're just going to Stonewall you and tell you to call Us Cellular even though this is a US CELLULAR app they're going to sit there and say they can't do anything! Edit : Got email from the Devs saying that it's my fault for using outdated app lol
