It doesn't seem to like the validation code. After making several attempts, I'm abandoning the cause with the program. And no I am not going to email anyone over it. This program is worthless.

This app is horrible. I can't even get past creating an account. It just keeps giving me an error saying the verification code it sends are incorrect.

Downloaded it from the App Store. Opened & selected new customer to create account. Page opens to fields to fill out. Tapped on field for name, The keyboard opens for less than 1 second and closes. No matter how many times you tap on this field, you get the same result, and you cannot enter your name or create an account. Unable to use for my brand-new, out-of-the-box, T-Mobile 5g Gateway Home Internet. Disappointed. Perhaps it is a one-off event and it will work tomorrow. I will update
