So it actually worked for me once I was on the phone with a T-Mobile tech rep. I got off Wi-Fi and pressed "temporary unlock" and it worked. My phone is unfortunately not eligible for permanent unlock yet, as T-Mobile has me locked into a 24-month contract to pay off the phone with promotional credits (long story), so I can't utilize that yet, but I'd recommend others try this AFTER turning Wi-Fi off, it seems to actually work. 🤷🏼‍♀️

It doesn't work. The page just says "uh oh you ran into server issues" no matter what and with zero information on what that means or what to change. I've tried turning on and off, being connected and not connected to Wi-Fi, etc. Totally worthless app.

Bought a phone that was supposed to be unlocked. It's locked to Mobile. I call them. They tell me to download this POS application. It doesn't work. I don't have a Mobile account. The phone has no sim, since it only accepts T-Mobile and I don't have an account with them.
