I wanted to unlock my phone, so I called the customer based on customer service suggestion, I went to T-Mobile store to unlock it, but the store told me they cannot unlock the phone in store, but he installed this application then he said it is unlocked now. And he told me if didn't work, call the customer service. Still, it locked

Never worked at all. I download it because I was told that I needed this to unlock my device. But this never worked. I tried to check evaluability, and it bumped me once and the second time it came up with the box of wait, close or what ever the last one is. So I closed it and tried one last time, and it bumped me back to where I opened it from. PofS app.
