Had to change my rating back to 5 stars, app now works perfectly. It was very glitchy for a while and wouldn't allow me to run scans or use any of the functionality of the app, even after clearing the cache, uninstalling and re-installing, rebooting my phone, etc. Not sure how/ why it started working properly again, but it's been functioning perfectly for quite a while, and I'm very happy with it.

Do not pay for their app. Worse customer support service. They're rude, and the only support they'll give you is to tell you to open your app and press scan. They will not help you resolve any viruses, malware. Instead, they'll tell you to take your phone to cybersecurity services. You're literally paying them money for nothing! Customer support have no idea what the simplest form of viruses, malware, or security threats are. It took 2 hours for them to repeat everything I told them. USELESS!

Ok, I'm having problems with my McAfee with Mobile?? Now it says my license is expired, which it is not. I'm with Mobile and pay my monthly insurance on my phone, so I automatically get McAfee protection. I did have a 30-day trial on a new laptop I bought back in 2023, which that trial ended long ago and never had a problem with McAfee after the trial expired, so what is going on?? Please help!! Is my phone not protected anymore or what? I have phone insurance, which comes with the protection!
