Wi-Fi was not connecting to computers but everything device wise (tv, mobile) worked fine. Techs couldn't troubleshoot it, so a tech came out to my home. Had it figured out in 5 minutes! He was awesome!

Being able to reset the modem and find out what is offline is a great thing especially for a Mobility challenged customer. Add being able to customize services and check the bill it's an all-in-one time saver.

The app is not compatible with my phone, and now it's making it harder for me to pay my bill because of this app I might have to cancel Xfinity because all the changes that you guys just made

This app doesn't work well for their prepaid Internet service. Whenever I go to manage my account, It gives me an error. I can't add a payment method, nor can I pause services. What's even worse is that you can't go on their website to do it either, and it's basically something you can only do on their app, which doesn't even work...

App needs an update now and device is no longer compatible with it when it was last month. Literally the second app xfinity has killed over what exactly? I just want to quick pay bill, I don't want to see your ad filled site.
