Recent update broke the app will allow menu selection and such but will not load a stream it was flawless before recent update. Edit.....it must have been a server end issue it seems to connect to the streams now.

After all the calls and escalation my app is now magically working. Hurray. Please put the Wi-Fi control back on the docs is gui as the auto channels are not done well and there needs to be a redundant backup to control Wi-Fi access, being totally stuck without control is a poor experience. Thanks for fixing it

Why would roger force me to change to another app with the exact same name. At least change the name of the app, so it's not so confusing

Like many others, I am stuck at the sign in loop. I have tried all the suggested fixes, but nothing works. This should not be broken. EDIT: tried suggested fix but did not help, still same problem. EDIT2: did try reinstalling and customer support, app still does not work. Tech support person says problem might be my phone, it is running Android 17 which is the newest version of Android. EDIT3 Tech Support solved issue, problem was incorrect setting on Roger's side, must create support ticket to fix.

The app doesn't work well - you have consign into the app to pay bills then it takes you to the website where you need to log in a 2nd time. It freezes and glitches all the time as well. **I've uninstalled and signed in and out multiple times it still makes me sign in multiple times, freezes and glitches. Shaw was so much better before Rodgers bought it out.

Doesn't let me log in. app is no longer compatible with my device. How am I to manage my internet router. Rogers advertising It's now easier than ever to manage my internet router with the xfinity app! No I don't think it is. the old way was pretty easy. And now I just can't. Make your app compatible with my device. I'm not buy $2000 dollar phone to stay current. This is just corporate corrupt planned Obsolescence at work.
