Decent app. Just have to make sure your account is activated and up to date. Download the other rogers (shaw) app if you are with shaw

App will not let me log in. Restarted phone, Uninstalled/reinstalled. I got logged out and now every time I try to sign it it takes me back to the sign-in page. I also tried using the browser. I logged/cleared the cache as well. One UI 8.5, Android 16 Also whoever thought it was a good idea to remove the ability to change channels/width on the modems and have it "auto" clearly didn't understand how Wi-Fi works as every AP in the neighborhood is on the same channel and width that is on rogers.

Login info is correct but will not load. Require developer to reset access, and I will update rating. Russel - I tried deleting the cache for the app and tried to sign back in, and it didn't work. I've heard of other Shaw IDs having this issue with the platform after the switch. I can't access either app.
