It's a useful app, especially if you're like me and want to have control over everything that is connected to your Wi-Fi, lol (2 kids - I need to know what they are doing) It's very efficient and there are lots of useful options, I like being able to hit pause on any device, that's always helpful! The one thing I'd like to see is a longer history for connected devices. I think it only shows a week which, I get, is more than enough - unless you're like me 🧐 and you are a super strict parent 😅

Can't log in. email and password are correct, but leads me to sign in page again. Frustrating, can't control my Wi-Fi anymore. I would give 0 stars if I could

Despite using all the fixes proposed in other comments by customer service, they do not work and unable to sign in. Bug is on their end and has not been fixed despite multiple customers experiencing the same. Have Uninstalled, re-installed, empty cache, delete data, updated os of phone, turned on and off, tried both my rogers and the shaw login. Every step that has been outlined in every customer service response. Trend leads one to surmise this is an app bug issue, not a user issue.

Login "there has been an unexpected error" Lock out advanced controls in the modem and require the app to do anything. Then can't login. Terrible design. Im going to Telus.
