After all the calls and escalation my app is now magically working. Hurray. Please put the Wi-Fi control back on the docs is gui as the auto channels are not done well and there needs to be a redundant backup to control Wi-Fi access, being totally stuck without control is a poor experience. Thanks for fixing it

It's a useful app, especially if you're like me and want to have control over everything that is connected to your Wi-Fi, lol (2 kids - I need to know what they are doing) It's very efficient and there are lots of useful options, I like being able to hit pause on any device, that's always helpful! The one thing I'd like to see is a longer history for connected devices. I think it only shows a week which, I get, is more than enough - unless you're like me 🧐 and you are a super strict parent 😅

Rogers ruins everything. Can't log in into app. Says it needs to update though there are no available updates. I really miss shaw.

Having issues with the Internet tonight, so I logged into the Roger (with Shaw) app to attempt to troubleshoot my modem. But guess what., it says log into the Roger Xfinity app for troubleshooting. Now of course I can't do that because the app has been down since July 18th! Actually longer according to the reviews!. The tech can't help with modern issues or speed, or anything for that matter! oh and it's not the device the app is loaded to either. I was out on A Pixel 11, and it didn't work!

This app is terrible, I always have to sign in, I tried everything and even contacted support, useless, I'm about to return the 2 cameras and Buy off Amazon I'm getting frustrated 😡
