They should really upgrade this app because an unnoticed, and then it just keeps loading. Okay we accept you name and anonymous, and then it goes back, and then it goes back to it again saying okay a name and anonymous. It keeps reloading and reloading and reloading and reloading and reloading. It's annoying. Please fix the app for me. . C.R. back and it's not working again. Please fix it. Thanks

App fails to let me see my account details and specifics, if needing support it can end up looping you through multiple menus. I wouldn't even need to go into it if Rogers/Shaw actually held up their end of the agreed to contract. But instead I get to go through this mess of an app to even find a phone number to ask them why account changes made months ago haven't been implemented.

Login page keeps saying something went wrong. The Rogers Xfinity app also has the login page refreshing on an endless loop when I try to sign in. this seems to be a problem for a lot of people

I just updated and now the app won't even load I cannot understand why you think this is acceptable I have been a Shaw customer for over 15 years. Get your act together or I am out

It's a terrible app that doesn't work, and even worse is their customer service. They make you believe the problem is with your device, even though they know they have the worst system and the worst customer service.
