They should really upgrade this app because an unnoticed, and then it just keeps loading. Okay we accept you name and anonymous, and then it goes back, and then it goes back to it again saying okay a name and anonymous. It keeps reloading and reloading and reloading and reloading and reloading. It's annoying. Please fix the app for me. . C.R. back and it's not working again. Please fix it. Thanks

Roger's together with shaw keep's changing my bill account payments 1st it was on the 28th of each month now its on the 23rd of each month. L told them to change it to the 26th of each month and keep it this way pls. I paid a little more my supervisor did it for me. For payment to go through I didn't need to chat back .its working now.Thanks to her Amen 🙏 My bank card still wouldn't go through! But I managed it ? Amen 🙏

Awful App. Technical support is non-existent. Was forced to talk to the AI multiple times because the app kept kicking me out of the chat. When I finally made it to the front of the queue the tech agent closed the chat while I was typing and there is no way to recover a chat, so I got kicked to the back of the queue. I still don't have internet because the Xfinity app doesn't work either.

I can't find any of my billing information. It shows me my total for tv/internet but not the breakdown, and I can't see my phone bill on it.

Ever since rogers bought Shaw I have had nothing but issues. I have more problems in a month than I ever did in the 8 years I was with shaw. This app has glitched out and triple charged me for one payment, refused to accept payments, and now just goes back and forth between loading screens not even allowing me to make a payment. How is this company allowed to get away with breaking their contract obligations and the law as often as they do without consequences?
