There app keeps bouncing like CRAZY I can't read there text messages... then it cuts off ! I can't keep track texting with them 😬 No wonder everyone is going with Bell MTS . My mom switched With Bell TV... I'm sticking with Shaw Rogers. As long as they do as I asked? Keep up the good work.

They should really upgrade this app because an unnoticed, and then it just keeps loading. Okay we accept you name and anonymous, and then it goes back, and then it goes back to it again saying okay a name and anonymous. It keeps reloading and reloading and reloading and reloading and reloading. It's annoying. Please fix the app for me. . C.R. back and it's not working again. Please fix it. Thanks

Horrible app especially for Internet company. Have to sign in at least 2x if not more won't let me view bill or connect Internet account with phone account states account has additional security. Call customer service but seems every time you call they are experiencing higher call volume than normal and direct you to use the app to solve your issue!?? Spending 2+ hours on the phone waiting for assistance to then get hung up on as they have closed. Please call back next day use app the circles.

Ever since rogers bought Shaw I have had nothing but issues. I have more problems in a month than I ever did in the 8 years I was with shaw. This app has glitched out and triple charged me for one payment, refused to accept payments, and now just goes back and forth between loading screens not even allowing me to make a payment. How is this company allowed to get away with breaking their contract obligations and the law as often as they do without consequences?

I used to love my internet. I absolutely hate it now. For the first time in the 10 years that I have been with "Shaw" I am actually, stupidly enough; considering Telus. Ever since Rogers has taken over, my internet drops 6-10 times a month, even after we got the latest modem! Which is wildly more than it ever did with Shaw. Support is an absolute joke. Added a Wi-Fi extender to my plan for the bedrooms and the useless piece of junk doesn't do anything. I'm paying $120 a month for this garbage?!
