The app's never-ending login loop has existed for more than 6 months. 6 MONTHS!! Your website lets me log in, but never shows my account. "Something went wrong…" Yeah, this has also been the case for >6 months. The website says there are no outages in my area, despite network outage websites showing many ppl are experiencing connection issues. Same problems, same lack of support, 6 months ago & now. Internet & customer service have plummeted since the Rogers/Shaw merger. I want Shaw back!

It's a terrible app that doesn't work, and even worse is their customer service. They make you believe the problem is with your device, even though they know they have the worst system and the worst customer service.
