I'll be honest, I was skeptical about this app after reading the low praised reviews. But so far it's been working fine for me. I can easily view all the channels and movie streams that are included in my bundle. The only quirk I have about Rogers Xfinity, is the app isn't available on some of my devices, specifically some TVs in the household. Fortunately though, it's able to cast from my phone. Still, it would be nice to have a dedicated app readily available.

Unable to stream video when the system is busy. Such as an NFL game. Uninstalled. Reinstalled, working much better now.

App has been horrible lately since switching to Rogers. Nothing will load properly. Total hit-and-miss whether it will work or not. And based on the 1.3 star overall rating, perhaps you should take note of all the dissatisfied customers and heed their frustrations with your app and actually do something about it rather than placating with your responses. Maybe consult Shaw since there were absolutely no problems with streaming until the switch over.

Ever since the most recent update the app doesn't load. When I try to watch a show the app just spins and nothing happens. It's totally useless!
