Never have I had a problem with Roger's phone and Roger's Mastercard. And I have always recommended rogers to people that I knew who were getting phones hooked up because most people have problems with reception when it comes to other companies and I've never heard any bad comments about reception with rogers

The AI assistant is useless. Offers to help you with a rogers product, then backtracks and says it can't do that.

Terrible Service & Misleading App/Website Extremely disappointed with both the app and the website. They make it easy to buy add-ons online, but force you to call customer service just to cancel. I waited 30 minutes to reach a representative, only for them to offer no real solution. Terrible accessibility, misleading setup, and awful customer support.

The app doesn't have good enough security in the background. Someone hacked my account and ordered a new phone. The options through the app to contact support are very frustrating. It runs you in circles trying to find anything but AI chat.
