Every single time I try to sign into the app it doesn't let me. Wrong username. Then I go to reset... and enter a new password. They match I press continue... and NOTHING happens. Always paying my bill being a guest on the app!! Beyond annoying ...especially as I have settings I want to change, and I cannot without signing in to my account. Yes......annoying.

Always extremely slow for as long as I've been a rogers customer. You think a telecom company would have a better app.

Horrible interface, most applications in the app don't even work, all broken on the backend, so you can't actually do anything but look at your account, will randomly take your auto-pay card off file then charge you for missing payments
