This app works great and is simple to use. I use it most to monitor my data usage on our phones and to purchase more data if needed. I wish that the other rogers xfinity apps worked as good as this one!

This app can't help you track real usage. Surprise charges, such as roaming, are hidden until the billing cycle ends. If your phone leaks a tiny bit of data, you are slammed with $18 per 1 kilobyte of usage. The services tab shows minimal information about usage. Nothing is mentioned roaming charges. There is a notice that you might be charged, but no notice when you actually are, and no option to refuse or prevent the charge.

App won't let you register an account and makes you phone a helpline run by an AI that tells you to go to the app to set up your account and then hangs up on you.

Well decided to come back to Rogers and already off to a horrible start, can get past the welcome screen on the app and trying to log in online tells me I have to call and link my account which would be okay except at the time of reviewing this I haven't been able to get through for 4 days now, I would say that the app and trying to get through to customer support is horrible, should have stuck with my old provider and paid their bill, I should have known better shame on me SMH

Tech companies but the worst app ever its buggy totally not user-friendly... I mean my phone number is my account it auto log on through it but can't make a proper account to set up auto-pay so I get scammed +$5 for paying with a credit card. Im going back to Bell they don't have scammed like that
