I've had the app for nearly 2 years and never had a problem, but the last 3 weeks I can't even login, it's saying login details incorrect, I've tried changing password, but it says error, I've uninstalled & reinstalled, nothing works, I can't check my details anymore, my bill keeps going overdue, it takes at least an hour to do it through chat & I keep getting cut off while on hold when trying to talk to someone, please fix, it's driving me nuts 🤬

Terrible, 3 hours on chat trying to activate my 4g, keep telling me to do same things over and over again, including changing to different phone even though one im using is brand new and updated to android 16, turned it off and on over 10 times, sim card in and out 8 times, changed every setting, kept getting told to do same things over and over and still no 4g, can't even open apps properly, waste of time, effort and money!! Avoid!

I can't register my number through this useless app. I contacted customer service, but they ignored me and referred me to the Tesco Club Card department. When I try to register, after accepting the license agreement, I'm redirected to the Club Card details page. I can't accept the registration because I keep getting messages that I entered incorrect details. Please fix this app!
