The app sometimes gives me false alerts it goes ding ding and displays a round circle above the cyta icon then I tap the app it opens it and check for new messages but there are no messages under my messages what the hell.

To call and ask to renew my contracts you have time. But sending a letter that I overlooked to pay an account/eur 32 and charge me 1 eur every time u don't have! Especially when u send your REMINDER letter on the 21 JUL25 and arrives at my home on the 13-14 of AUG25. The amount paid 2 weeks before your REMINDER letter arrived, along with other services, near to eur 300. It's not the eur 1, but the way you grab it...stop this annoying practice, at least save paper. Template/copy/paste, 1 euro :/

It seems that either payment gateway is down for at least 2 days in a row (because I can't pay my bills for the 2nd day) OR they are just accepting payments when your IP is a Cyprus one, otherwise you just can't do that (or contact support via live chat, too). Great UX, overall 👍

I used to purchase data bundles via the app but recently when I wanted to load data bundles the app is no longer opening whenever I try to log in in. I've tried to change the password but all in vain and the worst part of it is that you don't even get email notifications to update you about the password change. I have to try several times to log in with the new password on app, but it takes you to the website only to display "error in logging in to your account". It's hectic!!!

I hate what you did with the new payment system, it wouldn't let me pay my bills like it used to, totally unintuitive and causes more confusion. I really don't like the messaging system, where I have to open eqch one of your constant offers separately to remove unread status, I don't need these offers, I don't need cyta reward points offers too. They offer nothing of real value. The application used to be bulky and slow, but after updates it just turned into garbage I hate keeping on my device
