Worst network in Sri Lanka so far. Poor coverage. And most of the packages they offere is useless or scamy. Won't work even they said it's unlimited. I know that there's a certain speed for certain packages but the highest price one is also trash. Another thing is getting promotion calls daily. Sometimes two or three per day. This is very irritating when you work in a busy environment and getting these useless calls in the middle of it. Only reason I'm not switching to another network is it's my old

This app seems to use unfair methods when selling data packages. For example once a 24-hour data package expires, users can be charged much higher rates without notifying it. Also, some data packages are unavailable at certain times, forcing users to buy more expensive options instead. As a result users can end up spending much more money than they expected which is misleading and unfair.
